Our Caregivers
Many of our caregivers are members of the communities they serve. They offer a unique level of comfort to patients and families experiencing stressful situations. Our professionals combine expert clinical skills with an appreciation for tradition. To members of the Revival family, caring for the sick is not a business but a sacred mission.
Nurses. Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) are closely supervised. We are fortunate to have an outstanding nursing staff that is professionally trained and experienced at providing care in a home environment. Nurses coordinate the various services that our clients receive as well as communicate with physicians to update our patients’ treatment plans.
Therapists. Comprehensive rehabilitation services by the most highly experienced Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists ensure that patients can and will get better in the comfort of their home, following an injury or heart attack.
Social Workers. Licensed Social Workers are able to provide patients with psychosocial assessments, guidance and short-tem counseling related to physical, social, financial and emotional issues. Licensed Social Workers also provide crisis intervention and create effective discharge planning for patients facing the daunting and ever-changing health care system. The Revival Social Work Department advocates for patients.
Home Health Aides. Revival’s Home Health Aides work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist. Our aides are trained and certified to provide personal care that is essential to maintaining the optimal level of health.
