Values. Revival’s mandate to serve the holocaust population has expanded to include the care of all segments of the population. We are committed to our founding principle: to provide the highest quality home health care services. We are committed to our community, our co-workers, and the company. The following values are key to our ability to fulfill these commitments. They are a fundamental part of our lives, and guide our decisions and actions every day.
  • Every Revival staff member is trained to deliver speedy, responsive, and appropriate care compassionately and with sensitivity. We work towards developing a mutually cooperative relationship with our patients and their families. We are trained to see their needs through their perspective.
  • We are honest and ethical in our interactions. We earn trust by keeping our commitments to patients, the community, and each other.
History.  In 1994, Rabbi Jacob Spitzer, a holocaust survivor, founded Revival Home Health Care in response to the aging of the holocaust survivor population.  Revival’s mandate is to offer the best clinical care with acute sensitivity to this population’s clinical and cultural needs.  Since our inception, we have become an integral part of our community’s health care network, serving as a resource center for health related issues. Our patients turn to us for information and assistance regarding health care coverage and referrals to the best hospitals and physicians.  We help them navigate a health care system that can confuse and overwhelm even the most sophisticated patient.

Philosophy.
  • Committed to Our Patients.  We recognize the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each person.  We strive to extend the highest level of courtesy and service to patients, families, caregivers and visitors.
  • Committed to Leadership.  We deliver state-of-the-art home care services through our association with leading medical centers. We provide health education to the community through seminars and lectures to community based organizations.
  • Committed to Excellence.  We strive to create an environment of teamwork and we motivate our staff to strive for excellence. We encourage our staff to develop professionally and personally.  We believe that the quality of our human resources—agency personnel, physicians and volunteers—is the key to our continued success.  We maintain financial viability through cost-effective operations and an experienced and focused administration.
